On November 11-12, the 11th youth computer art festival «KidSoft» took place in Voronezh.
The main goal of the festival is to discover and support talented children and teenagers, and to popularize the computer as a universal tool for creative activities.
This year there were six nominations in the contest:
Over 300 kids took part in the festival, and over 15000 guests and spectators visited “Kidsoft” during 2 days.
The popularity of this annual contest largely depends on the work of the professional jury whose task is not only to evaluate the exhibited items, but also to discover the potential of each kid, to select the most talented and promising among them.
The RELEX team members have been on the jury for several years, selecting the most interesting works in the “Programming” nomination. In spite of the fact that not many works have been presented in this nomination this year, most of them deserve high praise. Therefore the victory in the contest today is a chance for the winner to become part of the RELEX team in the future.
